Erik loves good old fashioned Kiwi food
A trip to New Zealand is not complete without sampling fish and chips, a New Zealand treat. He's traveled from Cape Reinga to Bluff trying the finest and foulest fish and chips in New Zealand. After months (and years) of essential field research, Erik took to the kitchen to create the very best version of New Zealand's beloved dish.
Now settled in his colorful trailer in central Queenstown,it is a little hard to find. Erik and the team cook up fresh fish and chips using as many local ingredients as possible. Using gluten-free ingredients (and almost all dairy free), Erik's fish and chips are the perfect treat if you've got food allergies or an intolerance.
Be adventurous. Try the deep fried kiwifruit, the kumara wedges or the red onion rings. You can dine in or take your fish and chips to the beach (100 meters away) and enjoy the beautiful scenery. There is also an outlet in Wanaka.
